Grapefruit (Citrus Paradisi) is extensively cultivated in Brazil, California and Florida and is renowned for its pleasant and uplifting aroma. This essential oil has been known to offer a host of purifying and mood-enhancing properties through diffusion.
Patchouli (Pogostemon Cablin) is cultivated in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia and the Philippines and boasts a woody yet floral scent. It is often used in Aromatherapy to connect the body & mind, helping to bring emotional balance and security.
Lime (Citrus Aurantifolia) is cultivated in Italy and tropical America and is known for its energising, sharp, and fruity fragrance. Lime can be particularly effective – when diffused – during the cold and flu season due to its purifying and restorative properties.
