Geranium

Geranium (Pelargonium Graveolens) is cultivated in China, Egypt and Reunion and is known for its calming, sedative and anti-inflammatory properties. Through diffusion, this essential oil is said to help balance the mind, ease depression, and calm anxiety.

Lime

Lime (Citrus Aurantifolia) is cultivated in Italy and tropical America and is known for its energising, sharp, and fruity fragrance. Lime can be particularly effective – when diffused – during the cold and flu season due to its purifying and restorative properties.

Patchouli

Patchouli (Pogostemon Cablin) is cultivated in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia and the Philippines and boasts a woody yet floral scent. It is often used in Aromatherapy to connect the body & mind, helping to bring emotional balance and security.

Frankincense

Frankincense (Boswellia Carterii) grows wild in the deserts of Saudi Arabia, Somalia, and Ethiopia. This essential oil is known to reduce stress and ease tension through diffusion, making it a wonderfully effective meditative aid.
